Inna’s Culinary Inventions

My name is Inna (pronounced E-na) and Welcome to my blog! I’m a Midwest gal and have been married to my husband Francis for two years as of July 2008. I’m also a medical student, which means a lot of the recipes I post in here will be VERY easy and quick! Francis and I LOVE tomatoes, and he LOVES cheese, so almost everything I make will have one of those two. We have a 15-month-old niece who I adore, and she adores bread, thereby, I bake bread for her as often as I can. Other than that, there’s not much more to me. I love cooking and baking, spending time with my family and friends, traveling (we had a huge trip to Israel this past December to visit my aunt and uncle who live there), and I love, love LOVE to dance.
